Updates and nutrition research

Heeey!

I don't have that many updates right now. I am almost done with my Israel trip, for this time, and I've been having such a great time here. Since I last wrote here, there has been memorial day for fallen soldiers, another one for the holocaust and Israels independence day. On sunday there's another holiday where they do fires.. Not really sure why but apparently there will be fires here and there. I am going home in a week and even though I don't want to go home, it will still be nice to go home and eat healthier, plant some herbs and vegetables for the summer and not live in a bag anymore. I am only home for about a week though before I need to pack my bag again to go to America for the nutrition conference. But before all of that, I still have a few more days to enjoy the 30+ degree weather over here ;)

And here comes some links to some interesting nutritional research! Notice that the second one about carnitine says it might give heart health benefits and another one further down (about red meat), says the opposite.. If anyone has anything to say, any comments or answers on these things, please let me know :)
