As I said when I was a kid when I got hurt - I'm glad I got hurt because it never happens anything otherwise

You know how much swedish people like to be in a sauna right? I'm one of them.
Today I was in a very hot sauna for a little bit longer time than I should have. After an attempt to take a shower I passed out in the changing rooms and hit my head so I got a big bump on my forehead and cramps in my hands and legs for 15 minutes which felt a bit scary.
Now I'm feeling much better but my neck and head hurts more and more so we'll see if I go to the hospital later on. But hey, it was good it happened because the gym (where the sauna is) gave me a free water bottle, an ice pack and free dextrosol! Defently worth it :)
