Today I'm fermenting my own cabbage!

The reason why the store hasn't had fermented cabbage for a while now is because their suppliers hasn't given them any.. So maybe something has been wrong with the production..

Well, instead of waiting for it as it has been a few weeks now - I decided to make my own!

I also added some of our powder probiotics to make the fermentation work even better. So in a few days it will be lots of good bacterias in these :)
