I found this recipe on Stig's powerpoint that I wanted to share with you. I haven't tried it yet but am planning to do so this evening.
½ glas of fruit juice such as apple, pineapple...
1 heapful tablespoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon chili (cayenne) pepper
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon apple cider vineger
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Mix and drink once or twice a day!
